The World Barista Champion, Mr. Mikael Jasin was invited to do an exclusive workshop in Milklab last January 8, 2025 located at Cole and Co. Studio Cafe, San Juan City. Allegro Beverage was one of the sponsors of the two (2) day event of Milklab. The attendees were taught some tips about coffee and milk. Methods and tricks on when they will use the milk in their coffee.

Attendees left inspired and equipped with new skills to elevate their coffee-making experience.

We had the opportunity to get a signature from the 2024 Barista Champion on our Victoria Arduino Eagle Tempo.

On day 2, the Barista Battle started. The battle began with the best latte art chosen by the spin the wheel. The machines they used are the Victoria Arduino Eagle Tempo and MY75.

In the end, Harvey will compete and represent the Philippines at the International Barista Battle in Melbourne, Australia, during MICE from March 20-23, 2025.

Recently, we conducted a Dealer’s Conference to bring together our dealers to evaluate the past year’s performance, discuss current challenges, find solutions, and set a collaborative direction for the future, specifically in 2025. The goal is to ensure the continued growth and success of all Authorized Dealers by aligning strategies and addressing concerns, and insights needed to navigate the evolving market landscape.

We are excited to introduce our esteemed Authorized Dealers from across the Philippines! Angala Distribution serves the regions of Pangasinan and La Union. The Brewing Grounds covers Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Quezon, and Bicol. Mindanao Green Mountain handles Misamis Oriental, Bukidnon, and Camiguin. KJAS oversees Ilocos and Cagayan Valley, while Klatch represents Isabela. MCV is expanding into Palawan, and Ristretto manages Bohol and Siquijor. Finally, Superhouse is responsible for Iloilo, Bacolod, Kalibo, and Boracay. Together, this dedicated group of dealers is helping bring our products and services to communities all across the country!

The event, the Victoria Arduino Latte Art Throwdown 2024, brought together skilled coffee professionals from across the province, each eager to demonstrate their mastery in latte art.
